Appearance:

This world-worn kobold gives his name as simply "The Fisher". He stands a mere 2'4" and the muted tones of his scales and clothes combined with his slow, controlled movements cause him to blend into the surroundings. His thick canvas trousers and vest are stiff with many layers of reddish-brown mud and clay as well as smeared splotches of ash and charcoal. A leather bandolier of small pouches drapes over his shoulder and hangs down across his vest. Otherwise, he carries three visible items of note: a telescopic bamboo fishing pole is strapped securely to his back, a small hatchet hanging off one side of his belt, and a crude pistol fabricated out of an old pipe and scavenged scraps of metal sitting in a holster at his either side.
