Appearance:

This petite, soft-spoken vampire is far older and wiser than her young appearance would suggest, but her self-centered personality would not support such a claim. Long blond hair is fashioned into dual ponytails using black ribbons that end up resembling bunny ears (some people in her realm refer to her as "rabbit" or "bunny lady"). Blood red eyes are almost always condescending in their appraisal, and her heavily accented lilting voice almost always speaks condescendingly to match. She is adorned in a long black and red dress with a poofy skirt and white frills, and black boots that always keep her standing on her toes, as if she had any trouble doing that.

She is always accompanied by her familiars, Nago and Gii. Nago is a black, transmogrifying cat often seen as Rachel's ever-present umbrella. Nago is a stout pink transmogrifying bat that gets the privilege of remaining in his normal form as he flits ever-vigilantly at Rachel's side. These loyal familiars are unfortunately treated horribly by their master.

Skills:

The current head of the Alucard clan displays great mastery with wind and lightning. She can use the wind to carry her wherever she wills, almost as if she were as light as a feather. She can use Gii to create lightning rods to attract her lightning strikes, and can transmogrify her familiars to create other sorts of weapons and attacks. She always manages to prevent injury to herself just in the nick of time by covering herself with her familiars, but not quickly enough to stop anyone dueling her from getting a point. She is far, far more powerful than she appears to be.
