Inspired by the season, mistletoe begins appearing all over the city and all through the Red Dragon and Great Helm, including in the duelling areas.

Strategically placed over doorways, and sometimes even up high on rafters, over balconies, off of streetlights and many other places, the city denizens have more than enough opportunities for lovers to have a passionate kiss, or friends and family to share a platonic snuggle and cheek-warming peck, or strangers to meet and make use of the mistletoe as a way to get a name and maybe a new friend.

No one outright lays claim to having done it, though someone might have occasionally caught a glimpse of a black-haired, black-clad, happily grinning figure sneaking around to place mistletoe last night, and in the early hours of morning. Doubtless, more will be added as the days continue towards Christmas.
