2017 Max Division Central

The Max Division this year has a powerful mix of Rising Stars facing off against proven veterans. Outside of Nuy and Evangeline, the list are all established to a degree. E, Myria, Hajime, Gren, Cassius, Melanie, Dimitri, you all know what to do once you're in the ring.

Here's some history from the archives for those who don't know who Max was in the Arena.

The Madman Cometh

Last Thursday, in a five round bloodfest, MadMadMax defeated Overlord Valmion for the coveted title. This match was shrouded in controversy as rumors of Max's kidnapping of Valmion's baby son to use as blackmail against the Overlord were flying around the inn in record numbers. Did Max steal the child? If not, where did he get the infant that he turned over to Valmion after the duel? If he did indeed steal the child, what does this say about the state of dueling? What have we become when a child's safety is in danger over a title?

Have fun, go for the win, and don't be afraid to egg the others on. The Arena has been around for 25 years, you're all a part of that history.
