Governor's Outbox: Anubis Karos

Jaycy sat at the wide desk, pausing a moment to smile as Piper and Pilfer chased each other over the couch on the side of the wall. The paper on her desk was blank, words hard to come by. Finally, though, she bent again to the paper and scratched out the following note.

Anubis,

We'd talked briefly before the campaign about mayhaps there being some benefit to the City to having your counsel. As I am now Governor, I am officially extending the invitation for us to talk and see if you have some advice and interest in the workings of the City to make it more prosperous for all of us.

I look forward to your response; I am available most days with notice.
