There were pamphlets available to all attendees, entitled "A Brief History of Madness". They listed the Final Four participants, including winners and runners-up, for each Madness tournament since it started in 2007. There were also some interesting facts, and the last page was a five-question quiz that could be torn off, filled out, and dropped into a quiz box beneath the Arena corkboard. Anyone who answered all five questions correctly would get a 2024 Madness prize, either an autographed Myria Graziano Wrecking Crew jersey or the official 2024 Madness jacket:

The questions are:

1) Who was the first duelist to make it to the Final Four twice?"

2) Who were the first two Madness finalists?

3) Which Madness had the lowest-seeded finalists?

4) Which Madness had the highest-seeded finalists, and what were their seed rankings?

5) Who was the first duelist to be in back-to-back Finals?

All answers can be found in the DoS Madness historical records, hound here.

((Please do NOT post answers publicly. Instead, send them to my via forum PM or Discord PM at userID=thomsolo. Answers must be received by Sunday at 11pm ET. Many thanks to Matt Simon for putting together and sending me a spreadsheet with all the info and more!))

Abby Fenner has won the 2024 Duel of Swords Madness Tournament!

She has elected to claim the Mad Test-Free Overlord Challenge Grant, along with 10 WoL added to her Duel of Swords record and a Baron Challenge Grant to be gifted to an active duelist of her choice. Abby has gifted this grantg to Nikolai Vevea-Allen.

As second-place finalist, Myria Graziano has been awarded a test-free Baronial Challenge Grant, which she can use by the end of the cycle or--as a reigning Baron already--she can convert to an awardable Baronial Challenge Grant to be gifted to an active duelist of her choice. She has also earned 5 WoL to be added to her Duel of Swords record.

For making it into the Final Four before being eliminated, Nero Zhir and Anaris Silhaeven have been awarded 4 WoL to be added to their Duel of Swords records.
