Is the Nexus becoming unstable?

Post by Xenograg »

The foundation of the multiverse is chaos. Creation occurs when the randomness of chaos aligns itself in ways that become order. A nexus point is a font of creation, and as such is still chaos. Each manifestation of order retain some chaos within it, and has a connection back to the nexus from whence it came. Some beings can sense the ebb and rise of a "parent" nexus's energy within the "child" dimension.

Yes, a nexus has a flow. They are not pure chaos, and have rhythms of activity and dormancy when viewed over a sufficient period of time. The nexus that gave birth to Rhydin has recently begun emitting waves, even quakes, of resonance down into its child-dimensions. The quakes come at seemingly random intervals: mostly during the night, but also at early morning, mid morning, and (least frequently) afternoon.

Is this a sign of renewed activity in this--our--nexus? Is this good or bad?

Why are the child-dimensions feeling these quakes? Is the Nexus becoming unstable?

Is it now a danger? If it is, what can be done?
