I have an RoH prototype I'd been working on for fun, but I don't understand card games too much to make it work, nor could I figure out a way to have everyone play it. lol I wanted to add a "Magic the Gathering" type of card game to the Gift Shop, too.Apple wrote:pls add vintage beat down cards to the list!
I think I might tinker with the idea for a trading card skin that can easily be set over pictures to make cards. I tried it before with G's arena cardgame idea, but now the layout looks kinda meh.

It still looks pretty meh thou.G wrote:I have an RoH prototype I'd been working on for fun, but I don't understand card games too much to make it work, nor could I figure out a way to have everyone play it. lol I wanted to add a "Magic the Gathering" type of card game to the Gift Shop, too.Apple wrote:pls add vintage beat down cards to the list!

I hope you don't mind, I saved it elsewhere (since imgur doesn't allow clips to Polyvore) and clippped to Polyvore. Here's the link for it http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/thing?id=159233055Apple wrote: Found the skin that covers resized photos to make cards. It still looks pretty meh thou.

Also, I remembered a few things that had been in The Nexus Weekly from 2013. I sincerely doubt Fenner's player would mind if The Duel of Swords Board Game was added to the goodies being made available for the gift shop.

There is also a card set there, ( larger image of group ) but the larger versions of the cards that had been posted seem to be missing at present. Maybe someone saved them out?

s'all good, as long as people know I stopped being lazy for 30 mins and made it ;XPrlUnicorn wrote:I hope you don't mind, I saved it elsewhere (since imgur doesn't allow clips to Polyvore) and clippped to Polyvore. The ruleset for the game that went with the card was pretty simple, but it was honestly hard to balance out ideas with it.
Here's the post with a few examples of cards and the basic rules. I still hate the concept though and want to do something better (and am currently trying to).. because, even if it is just an IC game, I'd be anal enough for it to not be at least cards without some sort of background rules x-x. I guess that's weird.
So, I'm not sure I understand what it is you and G are wanting me to do with the card thing? Am I supposed to make player cards or were you guys making cards and want them in the shop?Apple wrote:s'all good, as long as people know I stopped being lazy for 30 mins and made it ;XPrlUnicorn wrote:I hope you don't mind, I saved it elsewhere (since imgur doesn't allow clips to Polyvore) and clippped to Polyvore. And I love that game for the gift shop, Collie!

It's a work in progress, but it's progressing! And interesting, to boot!Apple wrote:Oh no I was just showing off what I meant by a skin at first. But yeah, we're trying to figure something out. SO HOPEFULLY the giftshop will get a card game.

Also, the rings are warded but outside of them is not. ...those bandaids are a must!
