Dear Baron Karos;

Hoping that this letter finds you in good health. My name is Nikolai, I am twelve years old, and I think you're very scary. My da says it's okay to be scared, it's what you do with your fear that is important. I read somewhere in one of Miss Stuart's (she's my literature teacher at New Haven Middle School) mythology books that you are also called Anpu. That makes you less scary, but only a little. It's because a lot of my friends laugh at anything that ends with the pu sound.

I recently participated in the All Ranks Tournament, and won the Talon of Redwin. It also came with this challenge grant. So I am going to turn my ticket thingy in to Alasdair and let everyone know that I am challenging you for the New Haven ring. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
